I grew up in a family that believed in ghosts. Growing up, we believed that the house we grew up in, was haunted. We also believed that when we moved, whatever entity we thought we had, followed us to the next place. It really did seem that way.
After growing up and questioning so much, I slowly became a skeptic of many things. This included ghosts and spirits. However, recently, I have started to sway back into becoming a believer again. In the same week, I have heard proof twice from separate cases and separate places.
The first one was from when my friend’s house was investigated for paranormal activity. The investigators recorded audio of voices and from doors opening and closing on their own. She played the audio back for me, and those things really happened! I actually went over to her house for a pajama party. (This was last weekend.) It was then that she decided to tell me what happened. Apparently, a young man, early 20’s I think, committed suicide. He shot himself with a shotgun. ….When I heard this, I got physically sick. I could picture just how horrible that must have been.
The second set of proof came from last week’s episode of Ghost Hunters. Now, the skeptic in me wants to believe that everything is total BS. It was different this time, I’ll tell you why. Last week’s Ghost Hunters was filmed here in town. At a place that is only 10 minutes away from me. At a place that I have actually been INSIDE of! I could explain to you what happened….but I think it’s best if you just watch the clip.

Brandon Crisp
There was a 15 year old boy that went missing on Canada’s Thanksgiving holiday, in Canada. His name was Brandon Crisp. It started when he got into an argument with his father, who had taken away his Xbox 360. Brandon got extremely upset and left his house on his bike. He wasn’t seen for weeks. Today I saw a video that said they found a teen’s body in the general area where he went missing.

Police are pretty sure its him but won’t say officially until the autopsy report has been submitted.
The boy wasn’t just upset about his Xbox 360 getting taken away, he was furious. Apparently, playing Call of Duty 4 on Xbox Live had become his life. He was obsessed and addicted, according to his parents.
For as long as I have been playing games, I have never become totally obsessed. I’ll admit, I love CoD4. It’s a great game. Then again, I’m an adult.
I’m not going to go into who’s fault it is or what not. I personally don’t think it’s anyone’s fault. I read that the father already blames himself, which is unhealthy. Maybe there are things the family could have done to prevent him from becoming addicted. Maybe not. Who are we to say? No one. It’s not our place. Being a gamer and a parent, I can only learn from something like this.

So last night I went to my acting workshop and whew man! Let me tell ya, I wore myself out by all that screaming and skipping I did, LOL. (Don’t ask…. do NOT ask! Haha!) I had the biggest headache!! I went in not feeling very well at ALL. But when I left, I was pumped. Why? Because I freaking got cast into a character!!! YAY!!!! It’s the moment I’ve been waiting for since orientation in June.
Should I tell you who I was picked to be? Should I even give you the satisfaction of knowing which attraction I’m in?
I suppose I can fill you in later. I think that headache from last night carried over to today. Ugh….

So I’ve been tackling some new projects that are coming up. I have gotten soo busy. I rarely even game anymore. Jes probably hates me now. I keep telling him that we can play but I never around to it.
